I bought this humidifier to use in the winter months when the house is dry from the furnace heat. It is a great size for a nightstand and is very easy to use. There are 2 speeds and there is a night light feature that would be great in a child's room as well. Only 4 stars because if I use it on the high setting, which I prefer, the water runs out and the humidifier shuts off before I wake up (less than 8 hours). On low it will run the entire night (8+ hours).

I like the case for the fun bright colors but may not have purchased if I had known the correct price when selecting it. Unfortunately it was not in the correct location in the display and I thought it was $10 less than what it rang up as. Since I had used a bonus cash back check to pay for part of it, it would have been too much of a hassle to just not get it and wait for them to figure out the bonus check and also there was a long line behind me at the check out. It is cute and functional but I would have shopped around

how do I fill it,I have lost manual
You should always unplug before you fill.
If you lift the top portion off of the base and turn it upside down, there is a white cap that will twist off. Pour distilled water into this hole, replace the cap, turn the top of the unit back over and place on the base by lining up the cap/night light/holes.

Does it have an exhaust output that will connect to my home vent that vents outside?
I have an existing, through the ceiling vent, that vents through the roof, to the outdoors. Can this unit be connected to the external vent pipe or is it recirculate indoor only?
This product can be vented in or outside. Read manufacturer's recommendations/instructions for venting.

does the handle get hot when cooking on the stove top & does the touch panel tolerate heat from the stove as well?
I have had the microwave for about a month and have not had any issues with the handle or keypad getting hot while cooking on the range. Make sure you follow the recommended distance between the cooktop and the microwave. Also running the exhaust fan should help.

Ours is mounted onto the upper cabinet.

Can this model be installed without venting to the outside? That is Ductless?
Yes...the air is just recirculated into your kitchen if not vented to the outside
