What's great about it: i7 Power, SSD, Super light & Convertible
What's not so great: SSD could be larger, upgrading not available
If you are like me you have probably owned a few laptops and never been terribly impressed. Unless you have the money to spend on Alienware most laptops are underpowered, don't have much memory, and are pretty bulky. This laptop will change the way you think about laptops. While I admire the advances of Mac computers, like most people, I need a Windows operating system. Fortunately the competitive environment has moved Windows PC's into the 21st century. The Yoga 2 Pro is as light as a Mac Air but blows it out of the water with pure power and memory to boot. It has an i7 processor that runs at 3.0 ghz in Turbo mode! Eat that Mac Air with your little i5 processor. On top of that the SSD makes this thing boot faster than Alienware computers running raid 0 configurations. Next up, its a convertible! Ever been stuck on an airplane with a tray so close to you that you cant see your laptop screen? On the Yoga 2 Pro, you can flip to tablet mode, tent mode, or even stand it up and bend it backwards so you can view your screen! You wont ever be able to buy a standard laptop again after this. Finally there is battery life. Again, thanks to a competitive marketplace, mobile devices, tablets, and apple has made everyone step up their game. When I go to a coffee shop with my Lenovo Yoga 2 pro I have about 6 hours of constant use with the internet on and mixed video/media content. You can get more or less depending on how bright you want to go with your screen. If you enable the typical sleep profile you can leave your Yoga 2 sitting around the house turned on, much as you would a iPad.
Folks, its finally here. A laptop with power, memory, and lighter than air. I loved it so much I bought my wife one. Go out and get this. BestBuy has a return policy so if you don't agree, take it back! But you will be happy you got this. -Just be prepared to buy one for your wife or husband after you see what it can do. ;)

Will you be getting the 512GB in this model? Ideapad Yoga 2 Pro
Currently the Yoga 2 Pro only goes up to a 256 ssd size. There is an internal location to add another ssd but doing so would void any warranty. You can find a video on how to do so on youtube. With all the portable storage (128 gig flash drives for $60) the extra storage space would be nice but I haven't found it necessary.
