Bought it for just a wireless PS4 mic and it works awesome for that but I like that I can also use it with my PC. the mic isn't made for computer use and works better with PS4 software. What I mean by that is basically it picks up too much background noise when you use it for a mic on a PC and I couldn't find any way to adjust sensitivity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Can you use with cell phone?

yes but you cant use the wireless feature of the headset. it would just be a headset with no mic when using it with your phone. (need double male 3.5mm cord which comes with the headset)
