Kevin Costner plays killer, father, and terminally ill man for hire. Good action, good use of humor in some scenes. A little too fast pace to allow cohesiveness. Is dark, up to date film action reliance and touching moments by Costner.

Is the border once again where illegals try to enter the USA for a better life. They face a bad hombre, an ex soldier still patriotic but disenchanted with the handling of the problem. Taking matters into his own hands, he hunts down the illegals by killing them like animals. In a reversal of survival, the hunter becomes the hunted by the last survivor of the illegals. Touchy subject but good action.

It does not matter how brave you are when one takes on nature. Is an adversary that makes it's own rules and is relentless. Everest gives us a view that money can't buy a conquest of the highest mountain. I did find the film lacking top notch drama. Just telling the story does not cut it here.

This film touches on our current fears on terrorism. We hope that it does not reach our streets in this level. A world capital under siege with plenty of traitors and bad guys. Our heroes, which includes the prez of the USA, try to survive as the terrorist have made the US pez their primary target. the action resembles a war video game during several scenes.

You can't judge a book by it's cover. Bravery comes in many forms wheb it finally manifest itself from the unlikeliest individual. Directed by Mel Gibson w/o sparing war's brutality.

With my mother's recent passing, viewing this film was special to me. I had not seen Snow White since I was seven with both my parents at the movies. The classic songs and the good vs bad that Disney is well known for, makes this an ageless classic long awaited for since tucked away in the vaults.

The box works like my TV prior to the Digital change. It does require an antenna that is strong in p/u signals. Everything is clear and I have no complaints.

Can A DVD player be added to play DVDs? If so, is a special cable required?

Yes, you can attach the DVD player to your TV set. No special cable required unless, your TV has different terminals or ports for connection, ex: HDMI ports. The extension needed is an old red/white/yellow jacks.

Is there a TV converter box that a DVD player can be added?

If your old TV set has coaxial terminal for Audio/Video in/out in the back, then connect them in the A/V out terminal on the TV and the other leads to the DVD player. Remember: the Audio requires left and right jacks. The third jack is for video, so, a three terminal jack wire extension is required.
If your set is very old with separate wires for audio and video, three separate jack wire extensions can be used and it should work fine.
If your Cable antenna uses all three terminals in the back of the TV set, try connecting the DVD player in the front of the TV; only if the A/V ports are available
