Does this headset work with Skype for Business?
Yes. Skype can use wireless and wired headsets as the use is based on what the computer knows it has for microphone, speaker, etc.

Will this headset work with a Cisco IP Communication softphone?
Yes, you should have no issues using it. As the softphone is a App, it can use whatever audio output and input devices you have.
