I had this laptop for 3 weeks. I was prompted to download an update and when I did, it crashed. Apparently the backup crashed too. Sent off to the Geek Squad facility and they are working on it. This is my first & last experience with an HP. My Toshiba is still working like a charm after 6 years. NOTE: I have no complaint with Best Buy - they have always given me excellent service.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
