Will this work with any laptop that has a USB port?
I have been assigned a Toshiba Portege for work and the keyboard on that thing is driving me crazy. Does anyone know if anyone if this item will work with the Toshiba?

Impedance matching?
Since it's amplified and using the RCA jack, do I still need to be concerned with matching impedance with my receiver?
no, you're just sending a signal, the amp and speaker impedance ins't a concern at all.
