We needed a new fridge because the one we had stopped cooling abruptly. Wanted something as close as the one we had. This one was very close. Old one had 2 freezer drawers. This one is much louder than the LG we had, the compressor noise is very noticeable. I read on other reviews that the drawer quality and fit is not the best and I can attest to that. They "wiggle" as you open and close them. Wish that was better. The fridge cools well and the storage room is ample. I am ok with the purchase because it was on sale, but it always seems to be on sale. Delivery was good and on time. Delivery guys were friendly and professional.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Samsung Refridgerator w/Drawer & bottom Freezer......
Below our bottom freezer, water accumlates & freezes up to 1/2" thick, WHY????
I think it is a faulty defroster.

Why does the water taste funny? it smells like plastic
I've had this fridge for about 3 weeks and after dispensing more than 3 gallons of water; it still smells like plastic. Anyone else having the same problem? If so, how do we solve this issue?
Mine does not have this issue. I would check the water filter.

My model does not come with the button on the top of the ice bucket for easy removal. How do I remove the ice bucket?
You have to lift from the bottom middle and press the tab there. Then pull out.
