sorta helps but takes gittin used to specially shootin from the hip the red dot sight when u aim def makes a good mark on yer target - the wire hangin from the tv might ber annoyin to some but git used to that to has no effect on the sight-when u take it on and off leaves smudge marks on yer tv but clean off easily fer 25 bucks i like it but some may not- wicked easy to set up- when using sniper rifle does not work well fer that gun fer some reason but all others works great
