We looked at all the 4K TV's out there but came back to the Samsung 55" flat panel. We looked at the curve as well, but couldn't see that much difference for the money. This is our 3rd Samsung TV and it's great. If you upgrade to a 4K model of any brand, be sure to look at upgrading your router, cable provider, and pay particular attention to the settings, for the very best experience. We got the optimal settings for this brand and model by goggling it up. The recommendations were spot on! We are VERY happy with this TV.

What's great about it: Looks good.
What's not so great: Too small for your hand.
When I saw this mouse I told myself that I really had to have this. Plus I love all things Logitech. When I first tried it, I couldn't operate it at all because of its small size in my hand. I gave it to one of the ladies at work who has small hands and she also didn't like it. Best Buy was kind enough to take it back after their normal deadline for returns.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Style
What's not so great: The mouse pad. Lack of number keys.
The mouse pad takes a while to get used to and even after 2 weeks, it was slower than a regular mouse. I missed the number keys on the right side of the keyboard. After 2 weeks, I put it in a drawer and got out my trusty wireless Microsoft wireless mouse and keyboard.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's not so great: Nothing.
There are lower cost 2T portable hard drives out there, but the size and ease of use can't be beat with this reliable brand name product. If you want to use it for backup and you have more than one computer, make sure you buy the 2T - The 1T probably won't have the storage you need.

USB Compatibility

Is this compatible with regular USB?
I have a 5 year old Toshiba Laptop that's pretty nice, but it just has "regular" USB ports. I think it was made before even USB 2.0.
Will this hard drive work with my "Regular" USB ports Toshiba Laptop?
Yes it will work, but it will take longer to transfer the data.
