I like the phone. But I have to be careful with it. I like to wrap my finger around the receiver, but the buttons are on the inside of the receiver and I have accidently disconnected a

My old computer didn't like the program. I couldn't get it to work. Geek Squad to the rescue! For a fee! They also are fixing the old computer. It has windows XP. Bought a new tower with windows 8.1, so I should be able to add stuff myself now! Problem was my computer not the My Book!
This product has... Attractive design/portable, Quiet, Large capacity/good size
About me... Budget Conscious, Computer technology challenged, Need a simple backup solution, very challenged!!!

Does this unit have to be plugged in at all times?
No. I think you plug it in when you have stuff to save. This is a guess. All the paperwork is with the Geek Squad right now!
