This is a very nice phone. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the screen is a little smaller than I would like it but other than that, great buy!

What's great about it: Words well in basement and second floor
What's not so great: Didn't want to communicate with my Modem
Very small and economical. This device is so small, it takes up hardly any space at all on my desk.

can this phone be used with comcast voice service? It would be installed in an assisted living apartment for a very senior citizen.

Greetings! I would say yes. I have this same telephone hooked up to an external answering machine and have the actual answering machine installed on the phone turned to off.
