Does it has hdmi output because my tv has only hdmi ports

no HDMI outputs,this converter is for old analog (tube)tvs
your discription sounds like you have a digital tv and may just need a antenna.

I need to know what outputs are available, e.g., HDMI, Composite, A/V, RF feedthrough?

rf in , rf out , video out, audio l/r out, analog pass through button on upper left of remote
there is no HDMI but thats high def anyway. what it should have is a component output and a S video output
but it doesnt, to use on high end analog (tube) tvs

Does this Insignia Model have a signal strength meter/indicator and can you manually add and delete channels?

yes, go to on screen menu in settings, then antenna, one bar for signal and one for quality for model ns-dxa2 converter
