What's great about it: As easy to use as a flash drive
What's not so great: Nothing
I bought this to use as a backup solution for all of our computers and cameras and it is perfect. No problems.

We are in a remote area and use a wifi hotspot to connect to the internet. We would like set up a camera that can only connect to the net via ethernet, would this unit allow me to do that?

I am using mine precisely for that purpose and my Blink cameras work great!
