If you just have the Google Home Mini you will be very pleased. Especially if you use it to get information, make lists, setting dates, woking it into your Home Automation, etc...
If you have an Amazon Echo you will be pleased with the answers Google gives as it is way better at it. However if you are building a smart house and you would like to make things happen with your voice the Echo is just plain better at it. I am sure Goggle will catch up but it still has a ways to go.

I use Nuance DragonNaturally Speaking Premium 13 but was told that a digital recorder would not work with their software. This recorder works great. I can take a walk and when ideas hit me I use the Sony Digital Voice Recorder to help remember them. Later I download my recording as a mp3 file and run it through Dragon. It gets more than 95% of my words correct.

I was amazed at how easy it was to setup. As an added bonus you can use this with Amazon Echo and use your voice to do things like change channels or turn the volume up or down.

I updated to this from a Charge HR and I really love it. A touch screen with lots of info on your wrist. You really don't have to have your smart phone with you while you workout. I only download to the Windows app so I can see what I've done without the reading glasses.

I like that the dongle is so small, but more importantly the weight of the mouse is very nice. I find that some of the other wireless mice are way to light. This is the best mouse for the money, hands down.

Will this work with ematic AT103B digital converter?

Yes, but it is very buggy and can be a pain to setup. In my opinion, it is really not worth it. I ended up buying a different digital converter the Mediasonic Homeworx HW180STB so far it is working but I just got it so buyer beware.

Can this be used in chromebooks?

Yes, I just now took it off my laptop and connected it to my daughters chromebook and the mouse worked instantly.
