This microwave is designed for people who mostly use it to heat up frozen prepared meals. It has 'Auto Defrost', 'Express Defrost', and 'Sensor Touch' settings, for which you must choose a category (for example, if you choose the 'Reheat' setting, you must then choose from: 'Dinner Plate', 'Soup/Sauce', 'Casserole', or 'Pizza). If you want to reheat several slices of yesterday's meatloaf, it's safer to just set the 'power' setting at 70 - 80% and guess at the amount of time needed to heat to the correct temperature without drying out, then keep adding time until the meat reaches your desired temperature.
This microwave is specifically designed to use with frozen foods that carry the 'True Cook Plus' symbol, but this fact is not advertised on the packaging. If you are not familiar with this symbol, you might think it's just a guarantee of quality of this appliance. It's explained in the Owner's Manual, which is sealed in the package.
It would behoove the LG manufacturer to explain the 'True Cook Plus' symbol on the outside of the package, and Best Buy to explain it to their Appliance Dept. staff so the information can be passed on to the consumer before he purchases the product.
Please note: This microwave has one-touch settings for popcorn, rice, potatoes, fresh & frozen vegetables. It also has a timer, and its rounded inside back makes it easy to clean.

Does anyone else have issues with the time (clock) not staying on? Just got this 2 days ago and the time disappears. I'm guessing I got a faulty one. This microwave is so insanely heavy but I guess I'll bring it back.
Press 'Custom Set' on the keypad, then press 2 (for clock), then press 1 (for clock on)
