I use this for home office and scanning documents. I use it 100% wireless. Just sits on a shelf, no wires to worry about. I can use it through my wireless network or wireless direct. So far so good!

It should, it has a wireless direct feature.

Yes, I currently use this with Windows 10 on an HP laptop.
