Purchased to hold iphone in an older Tacoma pickup. The air vents are loose but able to find a spot where the mount stayed in place and held the phone without flopping around.

Took it back after only a couple of uses. No backlighting. Plus the setup to use the keyboard was too awkward for us. Only use the ipad with the keyboard. Exchanged for a Logitech. It is heavier but sets up easily

Purchased to replace my wife's older Microsoft Surface (Rt operating system). Adjustment for her took a while, but was probably easier than going to a newer Surface with Windows 10. For what she does, the Apple system is great and will be better in the long run.

Had to switch from long time android phone user to iphone. Switch has been fairly easy although I am still learning to do without the flexibility to change things that I had with my Samsung S5. The iphone has the low energy bluetooth to work with my new hearing devices. Android doesn't offer the same level of features or communication. But those iphone features are not quite as good as they should be. For hearing phone call audio and media audio it does the job. But unfortunately the phone doesn't pass sounds, alerts or notifications that I would like to be able to receive from most other applications. Particularly texts, email receipt, amber alerts, evacuation or other safety notifications from safety and community warning agencies or special purpose applications that I have installed like Code Red or ones that provide severe weather warnings.This is an apple issue, not a hearing device issue according the manufacture.
