The best deal out there. I had a first edition 2 and it still works great but I wanted 1080p and the ability to play games. This 3 is so fast. The headset in the remote is fantastic. I'm buying another one today for my dad. Highly recommend.

I couldn't beat the price! The only thing that bugs me is the motion censor has to be set every time I turn the t.v. on. Excellent sound. Great picture. I am a 51 year old disabled woman and I had my dvr, dvd/vhs recorder and roku hooked up with no problem.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Roku two or three?

Is Roku 3 worth the extra money over Roku 2?
I think it's worth it. If I'm not mistaken it's the only 1080p.

Viewing major network shows and dvr programmed shows

Can you still view programs on the major networks and watch recorded programs off my dvr?
I don't know about dvr but I don't need it. All the shows I had series recordings on are available on my roku and I can watch anytime and not worry about filling up my recording space. I have amazon prime and Netflix if that helps but most networks are free.
