It is great, but sometimes it overheats when using for a long time like for a movie. Should definitely be unplugged when not in use to prevent that.

Great, functional, great crisp sound. Just some deeper tones during movies and sounds make a vibration type of sound. I can live with it. But I wouldn't think that would happen for the price and quality of this soundbar.

Best aux cable for the money - and can't beat having it stay neat with the coiling and be able to stretch to the backseat.

Can this device be plugged directly into TV through a USB port or is an HDMI port necessary?

Can this device be plugged directly into a USB port on a TV or is a HDMI port necessary? The answer seems to be no but I can find no straight answer anywhere
You can use a USB with a converter, but why would you? If your TV has an HDMI port, it's much better picture quality and sound.

Getting rid of cable, can I get local live stations?

can I get local live stations? via PC/wifi with this?
No. You need another type of subscription service through your phone if you plan on using this to stream TV
