What's great about it: Easy to use, sleek look
We purchased the washer and didn't know the appropriate hoses were not included, the delivery man gave us an extra one from his truck. The wafer is sleek, easy to use and has ask the cycles I need. Large enough to fit or king size comforter. The washer sings a cute song when the cycles begin and end.

What's great about it: nice features for price, quiet, and sings a song when cycle begins and ends
The delivery men were extremely nice. The dryer runs quietly which is nice since the laundry room is right next to our living room, you can hardly even tell its running. When you start the cycle, it sings a cute tune. Great product for a great price! Highly recommend.

Can I wash a rug with rubber backing? If not why not?

I wash my rugs, I just don't use hot water so in case the rubber doesn't melt and I hang them to dry, it seams like they get beat up in the dryer.
