This is a very sturdy mount. The main bolts are quite solid, they go quite deep in the wall. With only two of them secured the mount was just about strong enough to hang from if I wanted and I'm a 300lb guy. Everything's nice and flushly mounted. The tilt is nice because the room it's in has more glare than I had anticipated. Easy to secure the TV and when it's secure you know it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

How do I adjust the Leveling? TV on wall not level!

Can anyone explain how to adjust the bracket up or down on 1 side to level -the installer said this was possible
When you take the TV off the mount you will see on each side of the brace for the TV two large wing nut shaped parts. You loosen these and then the TV mounting brackets will pivot either up or down to adjust for glare. Just be sure that both are level in the same spot so the TV goes on evenly. When you have a good placement for them just hang the TV back up. I had to adjust them a few times myself before I was satisfied.

Will this work with a 46" Apex TV?

Yes it should, there are plenty of adjustments for any TV size
