Logitech M510 wireless mouse
I have a 6 year old Dell Vostro 1510 laptop which I'm having issues with the touchpad; the pointer will suddenly freeze up after using it for about 30 minutes. Could I disable the touchpad on my Dell Vostro 1510 laptop and use one of the Logitech M510 wireless mice instead to navigate on my laptop or is there still a chance the computer's pointer might still freeze up while I'm using the Logitech M510 wireless mouse instead of the touchpad on the laptop?
Yes, you can diable touchpad and use any mouse. Chances are you're having a driver issue with the touchpad. Alternatively, you could check with Dell on updated drivers.
