What's great about it: Allows use of non-Apple connections/docks
If you have a Lifeproof case, you might find yourself unable to use non-standing apple chargers, or able to fit your 4/4s on docks. This is the adapter needed for it - it fights snugly to allow you to connect different sized connections.

What's great about it: Price, speed

SSDs are great, and the Samsung 840Pro's are the best. You can view them as "expensive" in comparison of the size, but for that price you are essentially getting yourself a new computer - without getting a new computer.
The 840Pro SSD will turn your older laptops into a laptop that is faster than a brand new non-SSD laptop!
Install the Magician software to update the firmware first, then use RAPID mode (if you have more than 6GB of RAM) for even GREATER speed boost!
Also: it comes with software to clone your current drive so you do not have to reinstall all your programs - but I've tried it both ways, and you will see a HUGE difference if you do a fresh installation instead of cloning your drive. Yes a fresh installation is a hassle, but having a laptop that is faster than brand new laptops outweighs the few hours hassle of reinstalling everything.

What's not so great: top heavy, so if outlet is loose, can fall down
Unlike Belkin's wifi extender, which looks like a full router in size, the netgear is small and fits right into the wall outlet. the signal boost is amazing, really easy to setup - and unlike Belkin, will NOT timeout.
Only problem is because the components are top heavy, if your outlet is not a tight fit, this thing can fall down and make a loud thump!
So try finding an outlet within range of your wifi that is a snug fit - or perhaps secure it with electrical tape/velco so it doesn't fall.

Remember a few years ago when wireless keyboards and mouse sets cost over $130? and came with a bulky receiver?
Well, now these are under $50, work extremely well and are responsive, and the receiver is now a tiny cap that plugs into your USB port. They're not rechargeable batteries as the originals, but those batteries only lasted about a year of charging and regular batteries can last almost a year as well.
Highly recommended.

When I got this, it was on sale for less than $100. It seems to be over 100 now. At the $112 price point, I would go for the Samsung 840PRO, which has better performance.
Not to say this is a bad SSD, it's still pretty fast, but the Samsung is a little faster and for the price difference, I would stick to Samsung. If you're trying to save a few dollars, this will also work.
And after all, any SSD is better than your regular SATA HD.

What's great about it: works fast
What's not so great: "fancy" graphic cards don't scan well
We use this for trade shows, if you have standard cards with normal looking fonts, this works extremely well as it scans fast and is quick to OCR the cards.
However, cards that try to get too fancy (and use unusual fonts) will NOT be recognized - and cards with company names that are embedded in logos will also not be recognized.
However, that is not because *this* particular scanner is unable to read it - pretty much ANY scanner/OCR program will not be able to read it.
So this scanner will fit your needs - don't let the fact that some cards aren't scanned make you think it is a scanner problem - it's a business card problem.
Lastly, make sure you place your cards lined up properly - if it scans crookedly, then it won't recognize the words. Again - not a scanner specific - this will happen with any scanner.

Yes, but if you have the Hybrid drive that is an option with that line of Laptops, you might want to reconsider.
Hybrids will give you more hard drive capacity but also give you that boot on startup. This SSD will give you all around speed, but then you only have 250GB vs 1TB hybrid.

Do you mean how do you play a movie through the soundbar or how do you use the soundbar (to say play music) while the BR is showing something else?
If it's a movie through the soundbar - you plug in the BR player into the soundbar, and the soundbar into the TV.
If you want to watch something while listening to something else on the soundbar, you just change the input on the soundbar.

I'm having a hard time deciding which size band I should get. Should band fit snug or loose?
I don't know whether it should fit snug or loose in order for the heart rate to be accurate. I can't find one in any store to try on so I don't know which size to order
Google "Fitbit Sizing Tool' and the first result is a PDF you can print out and match your wrist on to see what size it is.
The Fitbit should be sort of snug - but your wrist expands and contracts throughout the day, so you have to adjust your bad accordingly - otherwise it will cause skin irritations! It took me a while to realize it was because I had it too snug and didn't realize it was getting tighter when my wrist expanded.

does it just charge it
I want to know if you have to hook it to an iHome or Apple Dock. can you just stick it in? Does it need an outlet? does it work in the car?????
This is simply an adapter specifically designed for LifeProof cases. It does not charge, it simply fits into the connection case - allowing you to connect cables/docks that wouldn't normally fit with the LifeProof case on.

I have a hp zd8000 laptop running windows xp. I am looking to upgrade to windows 7 but will need to upgrade my internal hard drive space. My laptop currently has a Seagate 4200rpm 60GB ATA 8MB 2.5" internal hard drive. Can this hard drive be upgraded? And if so, how big can I go?

You need to go to HP's website and see what it supports. A quick google search shows websites selling 160GB drives for this particular computer.
However, it's a non-SATA drive(really slow), by the time you factor in the costs of the hard drive (which are not cheap as you have to get older one) and the cost of windows 7, you would probably spend as much upgrading this laptop for the same price of a new laptop, with Windows 7/8 included. Not to mention, Windows 7 will be really slow on this, if it is even possible to take Windows 7 (drivers).
