Worked well at first, but now drops signal frequently. Other reviews have mentioned this problem and listed possible fixes, I will update after I try these, but for the money and hood reviews I've seen, I expected better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

does this work with Suddenlink?

Yes, but it is intermittent at the moment. After I try the fixes that others have listed I will update my recommendation of this product.
