When I placed the keyboard on the floor to check the uniformity , there seems to be a gap. 3 out of 4 levellers at the bottom stays on the floor and 1 doesn't. This causes the piano to dangle/shake. Did anyone encounter this ?

My keyboard was completely stable when placed on the floor. I suggest that you exchange your keyboard for a new one, if you haven't already.
