The only thing I don't like is that sometimes when you try to answer the phone you have to pull it away from your face so the person can hear you and then you can talk normal.

Our professional installers will disconnect your existing dryer and existing dryer vent and place and connect into an existing 110V electrical outlet and test for basic operation.

I paid for an install of a steam dryer - they didn't complete the install and just left - one of the parts for the steam wasn't even the right part and the hose wasn't long enough even though my washer and dryer are right next to each other. So I had to purchase the correct Y part to connect the dryer to the water and I had to purchase another hose. I contacted Best Buy several times and the install/delivery place contacted me one time. I tried several times to contact them back but I always had to speak to a specific person who was NEVER available and her hours had changed only days after she left her message to me and by my second attempt to contact them. I finally sent them a second email. I bought my dryer in October, it was approximately December 7th until they contacted me about installing the steam. If they attempted to make contact prior they left NO messages and I don't answer numbers I don't know. I told them to forget it I finished the install myself and hoped I did it correctly. My contract said if they installed it and the dryer ever needed to be removed they would take care of it but I assume since I HAD TO install the steam myself it becomes my problem.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overall it is a good dryer - mine is brand new and when you open the door the dryer is off but the panel is supposed to shut down too but many times I have to turn it off and turn it back on again to do my next load. I could call Best Buy to fix it but I had such a bad experience just trying to get them to install it because I paid for an install that I doubt they will even bother to fix it or it won't be done correctly like the install wasn't done correctly. I ended up having to do it myself. The steam worked great initially and nothing was wet when it was done but now it is wet so I am not sure if I am doing it right or not.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We had another set about 10 years back to go to Florida and it was a god send it also came in handy on many other occasions so when we took this trip to Gettysburg we knew we needed another set. I love the fact that each side can play its own movie but our old set had a 2 hour battery in one which came in handy when an outlet wasn't available and although that is less likely now a days it still happens. We also had the old carrying case from the old set so that came in handy. Honestly our old set had more plus features. The only difference between that set and this one is this one can play a separate movie on each monitor

no there is only one car jack but it will work separately if plugged into a wall outlet because there are two cords

How does it resume play when turned off if there is no internal battery?
I've seen differing answers. Most people said the player has to be plugged in to work, whether AC adapter in wall plug or car adapter in car. However, they all say the player resumes the movie where it left off when the player is turned off - great feature. Does the player have to be plugged in to work, or does it hold an internal charge after being plugged in to power for a while and then unplugged? Thank you.

Do you have to use headphones or will it play sound some other way?
no you do not need headphones but you can use them if each screen is showing different movies so one doesn't disturb the other

Do the DVD players stand up on there own or do they have to be mounted on the headrest?
This set has a little stand you can pull our from the back but not all sets do so make sure you check before you purchase.

how close do the screens need to be? Can one be used in second row and the other in third row? (van)
Yes you can use one in one row and the second in the third row if the cord reaches. I only say that because all vehicles are different but it reached in the rental van we had and it was full size. The only annoyance is the cord is in the way so it is safer to disconnect before anyone gets in or out.

Does this need to be removed from headrest to load and/or remove a DVD?
No you do not need to remove the set from the head rest to switch movies
