What's great about it: Lots of choices
What's not so great: All the rest
Where do I start? I really researched machines before buying this. When I got it, I started laundry immediately. It took over 15 minutes to fill. Then it took forever in between cycles. If you even have 2 jackets in it and they are balanced it will be totally off when it spins and nothing will help. Then it keeps on filling extra rinses, even if you don't want them. The light cycle took over 1 and a half hours and NOT because it cleaned so great. I had to return it. It was just the pits.

How fast should the agitator move?

Seems slow compare to my last Whirlpool. I am concerned that it is not moving fast enough
to create the agitation to wash properly. Sounds like it is on delicate cycle. Just got the
machine and am trying first wash.
Seemed slow to me too however you can watch it as it stops when you open the lid. I returned it, load took FOREVER.

Where can the hose be purchased?

A lot of these washers don't have the washer hose attached and it says it's sold separately, is it sold at best buy as well?

How do you soak clothes in Washer Model WTW4800BQ?

The washer keeps dumping my soap and water after no activity for 10 minutes.
I thought there was a soak selection, but I also had that experience. The washer if awful.
