I Purchased this and felt it was perfect for me. I liked the screen size as well as the size of the laptop itself. Unfortunately wifi would not work. I am an IT guy so I did everything I could to get it to work, but it would not. I returned to Best Buy thinking that I had a dud and exchanged for the exact same model. I got the new laptop home and wifi would not work on the new one either. I should have read the reviews first I guess because it is all over the internet about the wifi problems. I returned that one also and bit the bullet and purchased a Surface Pro 3. It has been perfect so far.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

What's great about it: Went up easily
What's not so great: I wish it extended out a bit farther than it does.
Overall a good product. I wish it extended out a bit farther than it does.
It has a 10" extension but when attached to a 40" tv, it only leaves a little bit of an angle before it hits the wall.
Other than that, it is very good.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Portrait View

Can I turn the mount 90* so that the TV is in Portrait view instead of landscape view? And if so, can it be done easily on the fly, or does it require using tools to tighten/loosen parts.
No, it does not rotate like that, only horizontal (left & right).
