This occasionally happens to me also. My solution has been to unplug the Belkin Range Extender at the back of the unit and leave unplugged. Go unplug the main modem/router, wait one (1) minute, restore power. Allow the main unit to fully boot-up! Lastly, restore power to the Belkin Range Extender, allow it to complete its boot-up sequence, then you should be back in business. Hope this helps you!
