After reading reviews and comparing in my consumer reports on top load washing machines this unit has proved to be an excellent choice. I used a level and made sure the unit was set in place correctly. I make sure the load of clothes are distributed evenly and select the appropriate wash cycle and liquid detergent. The unit has done an excellent job and the clothes are clean. It has not had an unbalanced wash as of this writing. I have owned the unit for a month and my 2 college students bring their clothes home to wash. I have been very pleased to date. The graphite color was my preferred choice and looks very nice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just got one and it took 1hr14 minute and there were only 6 towls in the washer

On a straight wash cycle with no soak, mine takes 54 minutes. This is the same time my front load high efficiency washer, that I replaced, took to do a load. High Efficiency means less water, more time in my experience. My clothes are clean, I am happy.

How easy is it to level this washer?

We have an uneven laundry room floor & even when leveled (often not easy) previous washers have required us to actually sit on the washer to keep it from jumping around. Is this washer easy to level and keep leveled?
Very Easy. My floor is level but I did use a level when I put it in place and adjusted the feet as needed, the unit was easy to level and has stayed that way for the month I have owned it. No unbalanced loads to date.
