For the last 8 years I've used - and loved - my Sony Ericsson W810i 'candy bar' phone, and only replaced it because its 2G network is being taken down by AT&T. Love Sony products, so I kept watching their phone models. I was not happy with 5 inch+ screens sizes, so looked for a 'compact' size; this Z5 is 4.6". Its specs are fantastic, including but not limited to: 4G LTE of course, latest Android OS available for it, 32GB memory (plus SDXC card availability - I added another 32GB card for all my video & pics), 4K video ability, better waterproof rating than currently highly-touted Galaxy S7 (http://www.trustedreviews.com/opinions/what-is-ip68-ip-ratings-explained), and a higher capacity battery than similar (even larger) phones. Unfortunately? it's not offered by AT&T or Verizon so I bought it outright, and because it's not a high-volume seller, finding a good protective case has taken some research. The best so far (OEAGO dual-layer) unfortunately screws up the flash, but I've got my 4th & 5th cases on order to test. I'm also happy with Sony's quick answers to my questions.
I would recommend this to a friend!

My first HDTV (my 17 yo JVC tube finally died). It's a 'smart' TV but I had to call some 'smart' Samsung folks for a few things. Perhaps it's because it's my first but... (1) The enormous range of variable settings for every aspect of the display is somewhat intimidating (still looking for a 'get the best image' tutorial). (2) Unlike every LG TV I've had in hotels, this one does not have an aspect ration 'default to broadcast' setting - I can only set it as 4:3 or 16:9, which means a few stations (I'm still connected to a SD box) are always skewed. (3) I had (have) an occasional strange effect most noticeable on facial close-ups, as if the pixels are slow to change, making skin look as if it's... lagging?... head motion; Samsung informed me there was a firmware update, which I had to install (not happy I needed an immediate 'fix') but which doesn't seem to have corrected the weird effect. (4) I found Samsung's 'Smart Hub' operation / functionality extremely poorly documented and explained (love that the TV has all the functionality - but its use is NOT at all obvious).

Organizing your CDs, DVDs and Blu-ray Discs is easy with this Atlantic 38435719 media cabinet that features wood composite and steel construction for strength and an espresso finish for an elegant look.

Some reviews mentioned it leans back. Is this the case? And does it have to be mounted to the wall? Living in an apartment and can't make holes.

No, it does not. It stands perfectly vertically. It SHOULD be fastened to the wall (I think a strap is included for that purpose). With other bookcases, I have put something under the front edge of the base to force the unit to lean slightly back... but once you fill this bookcase it's risky (in my opinion) to have it unattached to the wall.

Does this have built in speakers?

How many, and what output power?
Two speakers, 10W apiece. They fire downward, making the warnings about rear-firing speakers being muffled irrelevant. (FYI - your question & others about tech details are answered in the Samsung specs on their webpage).

What are the dimensions of the stand for this TV?

I can see that the depth of the stand is 12.13 inches, but I need the width of the stand to see if it will fit on our current cabinet.
My stand (which came with the TV) is 26.5" wide.
