The wireless system was very easy to install. It works well and I got to hide the subwoofer behind the couch, making points with my wife.

My wife yells from the other room "Oh God No.". Files are lost and her accounting program can't be opened. Take it to the Geek Squad and problem soled in 15 minutes. I get to be the hero. Cheap at any price.

Can I use these for my car and hook up my car subs to them? Because I don't want to splice up the wires on the back of the head unit.

The wireless remote needs a 110 electrical outlet. If you can provide the power it should work.
