I literally bought this for my Playstation 4 to use as a second drive to have my video games loaded and saved on. This drive is actually 8.1 TB which is actually not a bad thing at all but i gave this a 1 star so you can read this if you want to use it for the PS4. My rating is only based on that i do not need it for my MacBook.
