I bought this for my S5 and it works perfectly. It's Samsung which should work well with Samsung anyway, but I made sure to get a fast card so I'd have no issues, and I don't. Super satisfied. Apparently it works submerged in beer too (see photo).

What's great about it: Phone operates very well
What's not so great: size and useability
Good phone, just not for me. Screen is too big. I'm a one-handed user and the one-handed mode isn't useful since the keyboard becomes TOO small if you enable it. Palm constantly touches the 'back' button when trying to do simple things. The Samsung apps are way too intrusive and annoying. Nobody uses those things anyway, even Wall Street Journal did a survey and determined that users do not like them. S Voice and S Finder will even pop up when you have your phone locked. That's something I could not deal with. Took the phone back after 10 days, got the Galaxy S5. Much happier.
Like I said, it just wasn't for me. I'm sure that many people that type with 2 thumbs will be happy with it. Even with those intrusive Samsung apps.

What's great about it: Screen mirroring
What's not so great: Closed eco-system, no DLNA client
Got this for my office. I'm a DJ and I use it to show clients pictures and video while having a consultation with them. Works great for this use.
Size is very convenient too. Stays tucked away behind the TV and you can't see it at all.

Att not including some accessories that are in original Samsung packaging?
Att site shows only AC charger module, usb cable, and quick start guide that are included with the phone. It appears that ATT is repackaging the phone with less accessories. Check out this video showing original Samsung packaging with more accessories including headset with different earbuds, and stylist removal tool

For an expensive phone it's hard to believe that ATT is removing the headset and stylist removal tool.
I hope they include at least the new USB 3 charging cable and not the old version.

My ATT Note 3 came with a SIM removal tool (I'm assuming that is what you mean by 'stylist removal tool'). It also came with a micro USB 3.0 cable.
