What's great about it: Access to internet.
What's not so great: Accidental activation of apps or other features by lightly touching the screen, sound quality, size (too wide), battery
"Accidental activation of apps or other features by lightly touching the screen, sound quality, size (too wide), battery" is all I had room to write before your field limitations ended. That's a bad thing.
Also, the service was terrible at the Signal Hill store. After waiting an hour (and never being forewarned, I was then "helped" and then the person helping me went home, so I was "helped" by another person. The second person changed my wireless plan without my knowledge, and I spent days getting it resolved. The young men working at the store were nice enough, but were untrained and showed why BB is failing. I can't tell you how awful this experience was. I will never ever ever ever recommend this store or any Best Buy again to anyone for anything. If was exasperating and infuriating. Finally, I left the store having no knowledge how to use this device. Horrible customer service, and I hold the management responsible.

About me... My phone is my life, Heavy texter, Business Professional, educated, savvy, smart, expects something for my money., appreciates service even if the product is medio, feel bad for the guys working on the front lines.

Get to know you

Does the S3 get to know you the advertisement say that the s4 does?
I haven't paid any mind to the ads for the s4, but I have noticed that the s3 does adapt to my texting habits so some extent. Initially, this was incredibly aggravating, but over time, it has become more comfortable.
