bluetooth connectivity

my headset is charged but when i try connecting it to my laptop, the headset icon appears for a few second and then disappears. when i turn off the headset and turn it on again, the headset icon again appears for a few seconds, enough for me to try to pair it with my laptop. But i get an error. see screenshot. how to resolve?

Please set the headset to Bluetooth and then back to USB and apply pressure to the answer button until the lights flash. This will allow you to reset the headset, once the USB plug is in the pc it will start downloading the software. If not just keep the plug in the computer and restart it.

Anywhere to buy a spare USB receiver for the h800 headset?

I misplaced the usb receiver and after an online search I found the part but they wouldn't ship to the United States? Also saw 1 on Amazon for $40 anyone have any suggestion for something in between?

Best buy offers universal USB adapters, otherwise Logitech will sell you one.
