IT WORKS GREAT AND PROVIDES GREAT BOOST FOR WHAT WAS A WEAK WIFI SIGNAL... ONLY PROBLEM INSTALLING WAS GETTING WINDOWS 8 TO RECOGNIZE IT. MESSAGE WHEN INSTALLING SAID THAT 8 DID NOT RECOGNIZE. HOWEVER AFTER SEVERAL RESTARTS IT LOADED AND WORK GREAT.

Can this be used, after downloading the Sandisk App from Apple App Store, to efficiently copy JPEG photos from an iPad2 or iPad Pro? Are there any known issues with various Apps? I had read on Apple Insider that some Apps from Sandisk did not work well.
