I love the HTC One M8 phone. It takes unbelievable pictures. So glad I decided to switch from Samsung Galaxy.

Will i lose unlimited data?

I am grandfathered into unlimited data through AT&T. If i upgrade through best buy, will i lose it? I know AT&T wants all people to lose it. They have to be reminded during the upgrade process to save the unlimited status or it will forever be lost.
As long as you don't change your phone number or your data plan (i.e., to a share plan) then you will not lose the unlimited data. That's what we were told and we've upgraded our phones a few times now.
