I'm pleased with my new Sony. The picture is very good but took me time getting use to compared with my previous Samsung which I liked. The Sony picture is more real in color and very crisp. I just hope my experience with this Sony TV is as positive as a previous Trinitron I had (no problems what so ever). Samsung lost me as a customer because two times a similar part stopped working and Samsung won't be considerate enough to admit their parts are limited in useful life and replace the part because the TV is out of warranty. Penny wise and pound foolish loses customers.

The picture quality is excellent, the sound is a bit tinny but it is a small TV with small speakers. The smart feature is an excellent feature for the price range it is in. Set up was easy. Once again I am happy Samsung has come through with quality.

This dryer complements the Samsung washer. The unit has a large drying capacity. Dries clothes thoroughly without removing smaller dry articles and leaving other clothes to continue drying. Appreciate the unit is energy efficient. Looking forward to using the steam cycle. The dryer is quiet with no vibration. It can handle small loads as well as the double loads from the washer. Good purchase if you want to treat yourself.

What's great about it: Looks, cleaning size, quietness and energy efficiency
What's not so great: nothing yet
This washer is up there in features and has a nicer look than traditional square washers. A nice feature is the water level rises depending on the amount of clothes, therefore saving water. The unit is quiet and doesn't vibrate. I appreciate having an energy efficient appliance. Have not used many of the settings yet but I'm interested in the steam cycle and some of the shorter cycles. Of course the double capacity drum will save time when needed for double loads or winter bedding.

What's great about it: The whole refrierator is great.
What's not so great: nothing
I read many reviews and had concern with some of the stories however something kept me interested in the refrigerator. It was delivered and installed three weeks ago and everything is great. There is plenty of room in each of the four drawers/doors. The interior is pleasant with the LED lights and the stainless four drawer model is a classy addition to the kitchen. The temperature holds in each compartment and the Flex Zone drawer is being used for things we use the most, thus not having to open the main refrigerator doors. The unit is very silent, the ice is made quickly and the external water works fine; no drips or splashing. The ice maker when the ice is dropped is loud but after a few fill ups you get use to it and probably in time won't even be noticed. Overall the refrigerator is great.
The Best Buy installers were efficient and did a great job bringing the unit in and hooking everything up. Nothing was damaged because they took their time.

Is there a fee to access all monitored tracking activity?
I know some bands (the old Body Media) required a monthly service subscription to gain access to your activity/sleep information, and I also believe others like Fitbit may have an optional charges to gain access to more information. Is there a charge to utilize this device to its fullest extent?
There is no fee that I have seen and I have looked at the activity/sleep tracking devices myself. If there is anything special which requires a fee I have not seen it yet.

We moved to a house with 2nd floor laundry room & need a new washer that doesn't shake/vibrate like our front load LG. Will Samsung this work for us?
We have an LG front load that's 6 years old and the shaking and vibration wasn't an issue since we had a first floor laundry room but now we have a 2nd floor laundry room and the shaking is really bad that the rooms next to the laundry is vibrating like we have an earthquake and now the floor downstairs which is the garage has some cracks that were never there before. We need a washer quick so I can do my laundry and not ruin our house that we just moved into. I tried the vibeaway pads and those didn't work. My husband doesn't even want to try the floor mats that they use at the barn which someone recommended. He thinks the machine is just too much. Is there such a machine that can clean properly and extract water but not shake the whole house?
I like mine very much. Silent and doesn't shake.

My samsung dryer will not turn off unless the door is open and also is not heating up. What could be wrong only about 1 1/2 years old
Check and vacuum lint in your lint catcher and more importantly in your exhaust pipe. You will need to disconnect the pipe to vacuum but if you don't you could have a fire.

Can you guys deliver, haul into house, and install?
I myself can not bring down two machines downstairs into my basement yet alone, know how to install either. I was wondering if hauling downstairs and installing for me is possible?
Basic install has always been included. A range will be set up and plugged in but they will not touch hardwiring. Appliances are put together, set in place, plugged in and your all set.
It could depend on your house, steepness of stairs, and ability to maneuver an appliance but I found the deliverers/installers to be quite adept at their job. No damage at all.

What does Best Buy charge for hauling away an old washer and dryer?
My experience is when you purchase a similar product, the haul away is free. Example fridge for fridge, washer for washer.
