What's great about it: Full size double side ePrint, high quality prints
What's not so great: Large footprint, expensive ink, long tough setup time.
I read a lot of reviews of the lower models. too many bad comments had me worried, so I decided to spend 40 more dollars and get this model. It was well worth the extra money, to not have to worry about it breaking. the ink is just as expensive in the lower models so that wasn't an issue. The size is bigger than I wanted, but I have the space in a cenralized room and all my devices are wireless, so it works out ok for me. The touch screen is not like a tablet, but it does work ok as a printer function as long as you don't need to use it a lot. Setup is long for any HP printer and this one is no different. It does a good job of getting the latest drivers online, but the other content and endless upgrade pages are tiring. Once I got it set up it on all devices it was a breeze to use and very reliable. I use less ink than my last printer, but that might be because I dread buying more cartridges.

What's great about it: Laser print quality ink
What's not so great: Cost is a little high
Original HP ink Black cartridge is the only way to go. This cartridge has more ink and lasts longer than the standard cartridge. Print Quality is very good. The price is a little high, but the Laser quality printing helps defer the cost.
I would recommend this to a friend!

One of the top name brands in Compact Disc blanks. Plays in all my devices. 99% reliable copies which is pretty good. One coaster out of a hundred is good odds. Even better at sale price.

Can this printer print black & white copies only?
yes you can print black and white only. just go to control panel then printer properties of this printer then select greyscale and hit ok. it will save it for all printing this way. if you want just one job this way then choose greyscale from individual print job and not from control panel.

can you print from the iPhone?
yes I print from my iPhone. you need to type HP in app search and there is a print app and a remote control. both are very cool and they work with your pics and anything from email or Internet as well as any screen grab. it does 2 sided also.

Are ink cartridges included with the purchase?
ink cartridges are in the box but they are lower amount of ink and may require replacement pretty quickly.

Do you need to have a DVD/CD drive?
no, all programs and drivers are available on hp. com under support and drivers. just download, extract and it runs better than a disc.

how do i print mirror image
select 2 copies and select double side print if you want mirror on both sides of the paper. if you want mirror on same side select picture to print choose 5x7 and 2 copies then fit to page this will print side by side. if one image is not mirror then save original picture as a copy and turn it until it faces the opposite way then select both pics and right click on one of them then choose the same 5x7 print options fit to screen and then you have mirror images
