How hard is it to steal a TV?

Just had a TV installed with this mount. Is there an anti-theft mechanism, or do I need a separate cable for that? Just not sure if it's easy to detach, or if this mount has anti-theft built-in?
There are screws you can tighten to make it hard to steal but not impossible.

I have this product and don't have the english version of install instructions. Whats up with that? Is this a airline fee for consumer products
