The memory installed with no problem and using XMP ran at the quoted speed of 3200. The lighting effect is multicolored and very nice, without using any tuning software.

The mouse fits comfortably in my hand; however, it is slightly heavy and I find my wrist tiring some. The mouse clicks are nearly silent and the scroll wheel is smooth and quiet.

I have used these filters since purchasing my Whirlpool fridge about 5 years ago. They do an excellent job of removing substances with the filtered water having a consistent pure, natural taste. One filter last me 6 months or so (single individual household).

The monitor provides a good image. It has excellent smooth scrolling when using with supporting video card. The screen is TN so viewing angles descent, but not great, with mild color shifting. The only downside is the built in speakers. They sound tinny and do not produce very loud sound. They really would not be suitable in my opinion for music and watching a movie on the monitor. Basic web audio - OK.

This monitor has an IPS screen. I first purchased, then returned for a larger one with built in speakers (awful, tinny sounding) so I returned, and repurchased this monitor. It is easy to assemble the base. The color accuracy is descent/good and viewing angles are great (IPS screen as previously mentioned which provides great viewing angles).

I first purchased these speakers, then returned for a monitor with built in speakers (which were awful, tinny) and then repurchased these. They are easy to connect and use a 3.5 mm audio plug. They provide good sound for basic gaming, music, web broadcasts, etc.

will touch functions work on a mac
Can I use this as a touch monitor on a mac running OSX 10.8.3 without a driver? If it requires a driver, is that awful touch-base driver?
Only as a monitor but not for touch capability. Touch requires not only a touch capable monitor but also an operating system that supports touch and currently Mac OS X does not.

Will the touch feature work with a NVR?
The monitor can be used to connect with an NVR for viewing if your NVR has HDMI output. However, touch capability not only requires a touch capable monitor but an operating system that supports touch. I doubt of the system in an NVR supports touch, but you can check with the manufacturer, etc.

VESA Mounts?
Dont suppose there are VESA mount holes hidden under that bracket plate on the back are there?
The monitor can be mounted using a standard VESA mount. I cant remember if it is 75 x 75 mm or 100 x 100 mm.
