Great way to reduce cable bill. I have enjoyed using Amazon fire. I plan to purchase another one when it goes on sale.

do you have to wait hours for the movie to download?

We have an apple tv. Bought movies for our granddaughters to watch. The movies are actually taking 24 hours to download. Needless to say, they can't watch the movies and I'm out several $$ for movies I rented and won't watch.
You may need to check your internet speed if its not downloading fast enough then you need to increase your internet speed comcast has the
