What's great about it: Personal Cloud, safe, no monthly fees
What's not so great: When you update any file direct to MyCloud, the HD doesnt update the same file on your PC

Is it possible to sabe photos from the app into the camera roll in IPad / IPhone?

you will be able to email, email as link, print or open in many apps, but not straight to camera roll.
