Will this work paired with a 55-210 lens (4.5f) for indoor volleyball?

I know I need a high iso, high burst rate and low f-stop for indoor volleyball. The courts my daughter plays on are generally fairly well lit but with fluorescent lighting. I am taking pictures on my Galaxy s5 and actually get some decent images at iso800 using burst rate. But I definitely want to step up my game. I have looked at the a6000 but it seems a bit out of my price range. Can I pair this with the Sony 55-210 f4.;5 lens and expect decent results?

is this compatible with polarod ?

No they are not these films are made only for the fujifilm instax cameras.
