What's not so great: Must manually open the door
While too small for major cooking, it has excellent power and features.

In the box, the product was twisted and could not bw made to stand level. I was afraid to turn it on.

The microwave's start button will not work.

I checked all surroundings and everything seemed to be fine. Power was good and everything. I tried its default 100% power setting and nothing. Then i tried lower power settings, same thing happened. What do you recommend?
Return it. The quality of this product is non-existent. It is all show.
