I'm not a demanding user of cables. One thing I noticed is this one is very thick and stiff and doesn't bend easily. This could cause some problems in some situations. Also because it is so thick is seems shorter than it is.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a very sturdy TV mount. It handles my 55-inch TV without problem. A nice feature is that it glides sideways to center the TV. I installed it myself without a lot of work. If your TV is over 55 inches, you definitely need help fitting the TV to the wall mounted part. There is a variety of mounting bolts to fit most TV's.

My experience with this TV has been mostly positive. I haven't used any of the advanced 4K features yet. As far as I know there isn't any 4K content available. Since the TV didn't cost a lot more than a regular TV, I thought "Why not?" and bought it. I like the wireless internet. The built-in apps are nice. I stream Netflix almost every day. My only disappointment is the 3D. It has passive 3D technology instead of active. My Samsung has active 3D and it is crystal clear and really amazing. With the Sony I noticed double images in the background and mostly inferior picture quality. It could be because I am forced to wear vision correction glasses under the 3D glasses. That might cause a bad picture, although it isn't a problem with active 3D. So the Samsung is in my TV room and the Sony is in the bedroom.

Tilt and rotate mount for a Sony kdl48w600b
Purchased this tv from best buy. My existing Sanus mount(vmf408) will not work with this tv.
Salesmen nor Autogeek staff onsite unable to offer suggestion for proper mount.
Sony has placed several of cable connectors in the middle of tv,,,,which many wall unit adapters cover up making impossible to connect cables.
What mount(s) will work with this set.

My Sony TV has the connectors at the side and are accessible with some difficulty with the TV attached to mount. This TV mount tilts, but does not rotate. It works for me because I don't have to move the TV once it's mounted. I would recommend it.

is the 3D active or passive?
The 3D is passive, which is a disappointment in such a nice TV. Active is way superior and if you plan on watching lots of 3D movies, I suggest it.
