Why is the picture worse at home than in the store? Specifically, I'm getting "blurred" pictures when it's not even fast motion, or any motion.

Example - there was a tree in the scene, and the tree trunk appeared to "move". Another i.e., someone turned their head and there was a split second blurry trail following the head.
Not an expert by no means, but it sounds like the TV is not refreshing fast enough.
