Great TV for the price. I love this TV, Sharp is the only TV company that I have been satisfied with and I've had Sony and Samsung.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have a two year old LED tv that looses its channels virtually every day. Is this something that can be fixed, or do I need buy new.

Start with a better OTA (over the air) antenna, not sure what you have but if you're running some rabbit ears maybe that's your problem. If you're not interested in getting cable or satelite invest in a good quality antenna. If you still get the same issue with a $50 antenna then the issue will be with your TV. Also try changing position of your antenna that may also help.

What does "Magnolia" TV mean?

Magnolia is a higher end TV department inside Best buy. Even though they're inside best buy they don't work for Bestbuy. They pay best buy to be there. A Magnolia TV is a higher end model that is only offered through that department. Any issues with a Magnolia TV has to be dealth with them

Can an app from the internet be downloaded to a smart tv samsung?

Not unless its from Samsung directly. Smart tvs, smart phones and laptops all have their own interface and to make apps it has to be coded for that specific interface.

can't change channels. what to do? do i need to send in?

I'm having trouble changing channels. The buttons on the set don't work at all, and the ones on the remote only occasionally work. What are my options? Can this be fixed? do I need to send the set i?
Usually if you have geek squad protection with best buy they can take of you. If you don't call the manufacture if you're less than a year from purchase.

Can all Q Series TV's play 4K content?

I have noticed that some of the Q series TV's mention that they can play 4K content but not all of them mention this. Which ones do if you don't mind me asking.
Only the SQ, TQ (sold only at best buy) and UQ (inside Magnolia)

Is the screen a glossy or a matte finish?

I have a bright room and looking for something that helps reduce glare
